RETURN POLICY
At Keno Plastics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your handmade fishing jigs and paddle tails, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
